A taste of summer motorcycle riding in April at Arizona Bike Week
If motorcycle riders get an early taste of spring at Daytona Bike Week, it’s an early taste of summer when riding at Arizona Bike Week. Starting just two weeks into spring, the climate around Phoenix, Arizona, already feels like summer for winter-weary motorcycle riders.
Arizona Bike Week celebrates its 23rd anniversary in 2019, growing more popular each year. It’s easy to see why with the combination of great riding weather and world-class events and concerts.
Rocking with major music acts
Arizona Bike Week promotes itself as the Southwest's biggest motorcycle and music event. There are live bands every day. At night, Wednesday–Saturday, there's a concert lineup that backs up their musical claim. All of the concerts are scheduled to start at 9 p.m., which gives you time for a fun-filled rally day before rocking the night away. Here's this year's lineup:

While the music moves us, motorcycles are the core reason for rallies. Arizona Bike Week delivers moto-entertainment that thrills and delights crowds with breathtaking action. Stunt shows are scheduled every day at WestWorld of Scottsdale—along with flat-track racing and motorcycle safe riding demonstrations. They include:

Riding in the Valley of the Sun
Scottsdale is in the northern reaches of the Sonoran Desert. Located in a valley with mountains surrounding the area, there are plenty of opportunities for motorcycle rides. In early April, there's a little more than 12 hours of sunshine each day, giving you plenty of riding time. Temperatures range from the upper 50s to the upper 80s, so be sure to pack appropriate layers of riding gear—along with some sunscreen—and enjoy a taste of the summer riding season to come.
